I couldn’t figure out the dosing without second guessing myself every time. The info just wasn’t clear enough, so it made using it way more annoying than it needed to be. Kind of feels like they should’ve made that part a lot easier

I really wanted this to work because it seemed like a decent product and was easy enough to use. Unfortunately, after giving it to my dog, his stomach got upset quickly. It might work fine for other dogs, but it just wasn’t a good fit for mine

Not the worst experience ever, but canceling or changing your subscription really should be a lot easier

I thought the ingredients were mostly good and it seems like decent stuff, but I did notice a few fillers in there so I’m not totally blown away, still it’s not bad and I’d probably use it again.

Maybe it works for other dogs, but taste-wise it was a definite no for us. I also got that kind of impersonal vibe from the whole experience, like I was just another ticket number rather than someone trying to figure out what might actually work for my dog.

When they finally responded, it didn’t really feel like they had paid much attention to what I actually wrote. I had to repeat myself and explain the issue again, which just made the whole thing feel like more of a hassle for me.

They did eventually get back to me, so I can’t say I was completely ignored. But from my side, the process was just way too slow and frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not one I’d want to deal with again

I ordered a planter and it just sit in shipping for what felt like forever. The tracking barely update, and it ended up arriving late anyway. I don’t think I’m ordering from them again anytime soon...

It was decent overall, nothing terrible. Just a bit pricey for what it is, but sure, I guess paying more than necessary is part of the experience.
